Harrasment by previous land lord

Dear Sir/Madam,

I rented two room on 12/06/2011 and vacated the rooms on 11/12/2011. i have paid 1000 rs advance and i adjust it in the middle of this period. at the time of vaccanting the room, I have paid full rent & electy & water chgs.

But Now my previous landlord threatened me that i have paid one month rent otherwise he will receive by othe method.

please suggest me that should i pay that or not. If i was not paid wat action will he taken?
