2. Filing of application for PAN with Income Tax Department

3. Registration with Central Excise and Service Tax department

4. Registration with DGFT for IEC (Import and Export code Number)

5. Registration with Sales Tax authorities for under CST and VAT Act

6. Opening up account with Banker

7. Application for Registration under Factories Act

8. Registration under Provident Fund Act

9. Registration under ESI (Employees State Insurance Act)

10. If your product falls under special category, the company must be registered with the concerned authorities

Also get your trade mark /logo/emblem registered before the Trade Mark Registry.
