Hello,
Can someone please guide me about who can file a writ petition, what is the procedure for the same. Also, can writ petition be filed by the aggrevied person? Can a writ petition be filed to solve the prolonged court matters may be property related or marriage related?

Writ Petition is filed before the Hon'ble High Cour and Hon'ble Apex Court. The writ petition arises out of the fundamental rights provided by our Constitution.
Tere are Writ of habeas corpus, Mandamus
Writ of Certiorary, prohibition are some of the writ relief that is prayed.

yes a writ petition can be filed before Hon'ble High Court seeking direction of speedy disposal of the case pending before subordinate court of High Court. Any person who is party in proceeding before subordinate court may file writ petition.
