is crrp maintainable against the interim order passed by the magistrate under domestic violence act restraining the respondent from meeting his own children??
this enactment very often misused by female against their innocent husbands.
look at the pathetic condition of the father, the court order is preventing him from meeting his own child!!!!
pls lend me some judgments wherein crrp is filed seeking to quash further proceedings before the magistrate under d v act and the same is allowed.
