Can a Civil Marriage be (Special marriage act 1954) conducted under force?I have a doubt in proving this.My client says that she was interested(Wife)in the marriage but she has suited to nulify that it was forced.How shall i disprove pls suggest me some ideas because it is my first case.the wife was 18 and 5 months old and the boy was 22

civil marriage can not be conducted by force,
Conducing the marriage by fraud may be a ground to seek void marriage declaration.

It will be difficult to prove that it was by force.
you will have to examine the witnesses testifying the same..
