Builder problem

Recently we purchased new office. The builder has handed over the possession. He promised to complete the pendind work even after handing over of the possession.

We still have lot of work to be done in the premises. However the builder is not paying any attention to our requests. How can we compel him to complete pending work?

send a legal notice through your council, if not honoured  you can file a substantive suit in the city civil court of your district within 3yrs under maharashtra ownership of flat act.
