Mr. A is holding shares jointly with Mr. X(authorised under Power of Attorney by one of the Company in its behalf). Now Mr. A wants to transfer his shares to Mr. B. In transfer deed (form 7B) whether only "Mr. A" name will come as a transferor or "Mr. A jointly with Mr. X" will come.?
