My wife filed a 161 against me, please tell me what does it deal with?

Be clear..where did you see this? in which context..is it there in the complain...where did you see it?

well sec 161 is taking gratification other than remunaeration by the govt employee so i dont think that is maintainable in your case, so please clarify are u a govt . employee,....

It may be some other case, in which she would have given a statement under CrPC 161.

u/s 161 of cr.p.c. police have been empowered for recording the state,emmt of witness nothing else ...

i couldn't find anything regarding IPC161, i heard my wife has issued an warrant that i cannot move from the station...

I do not know what do you mean S/161 to 165 of IPC stand repealed by Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (49 or 1988). How can your wife complaint against you for bribery unless you are a Govt servant dealing with you wife's case and are meticolous like Raja Harishchander that even your wife's file will not move without bribe. How can she issue warrant, is she a judge. You have only heard of it and no such warrant is served.
