Dear Experts,
I have entered in MOU to buy agriculture land in Maharasthra. would request your advice in following secenaria.
1) I am not farmer neither my ancestors are farmer.
2) My wife's Father's father's(Grandfather) and her mother's father have farm land but sold the land can it be possible for me to buy land in my wife's name with 6 & 6 1/2 extract from talathi.
or there is other class of relative from my wife's side can help
