Praveen Goud Vanga (Advocate)     24 November 2011

Arbitration act 1996

Hi Team,

Can some one help me with the following question.

Can two identical claims be tried together under the arbitration and Conciliation act 1996, if the respondent is came and all the issues for the claim are same.

If so under what provision of the A and C act 1996 and some please give some reliable judgements if possible.

thanks in advance
