Hi All,
Among T.P Act and Rent contol act whih one in more powerful from landlord prospective.
Which one can give result quickly in court.
I heard as rent contol act applicable for the rent below Rs 3500 , benifit to tenents.
But in case of T.P Act , favourable to Landlord.
Is it correct. ?

One cannot choose which law will govern the case. If the rent is below 3500 then the case will automatically will fall under delhi rent control act. If not the TPA and agreement will govern the rulings.
