Entry Tax in various States

can any body help me in giving the current status of Entry Tax in various States across india  whether it is vattable. I am find it difficult to ascertain the details from my consultants, since the subject matter is State centric, and  people does not now the status of  Entry Tax of other State. I request my Ld friends from different states to reply to me individually, to enable me prepare a consolidated state of All India Entry Tax position.
