Dear Experts ,
I , along with four friends, formed a unregistered partenship firm in 2003. PAid some advance money from firm for purchasing some land. This deal slipped in to trouble in June,2003. No transaction in firm thereafter. Accounts never prepared, no one I never contributed any money during last 8 years. Please advise followings;
1-What is my status in the firm.
2-What is the legal status of firm, it is dissolved or time barred.

Where from the INITIAL MONEY ABOVE CAME , WHO PAID IT , IS SOMEONE CLAIMING IT

unregistered firm have not any legal entity. section 69(2) barred for filling civil suit through unregistered firm.
