If one files a custody application in hyderabad family court does the summons go to the reciever through a police station constable or is it posted by mail.And secondly how much time does it take for the reciever to recieve the summons from the date of filing the case.Please advice on these two questions.

Dear Rajeev,
Summons will not be issued through police. It will be through court process server and post. Nobody can answer your second question because there is no time fixed under law.
