Hi,
I want to know the stamp duty that is applicable while doing Gift deed.
Suppose a flat is worth 50 lakhs in Delhi and has three owners A,B,C in ratios 34,33,33 % respectively. If owner C now wants to gift the share to A and B , via gift deed..what will be the stamp duty charged

But someone told me it would be 6% of the share of owner C
So suppose if the owner C share is 17 lakhs in the flat of 50 lakhs, the stamp duty would be 6% of 17 lakhs
Can you please confirm
