Is there any provision to enable me for adding the party in motor accident claim.
Brief fact, accident during overtaking to a ape loading vehicle by two wheeler motor cycle, pillion on M.C injured/ 4% disability. Filled claim against the owner of ape whether driver and owner of the M.C is not necessary party?
