I would like to know how do I prove that my human rights are violated. what is the process to be followed to lodge case in human rights commission.
Kindly guide me in below case:
In one of the case the Police-investigating officer (IO) is being transferred to some other location which means it being handled by some other IO but still the IO is calling me and threatning me and trying to extort money by illegal means. can i file case in human rights. all these things is happening verbally, hence so no proof.
