Now that I have to withdraw my 3 year old divorce petition. I have to file fresh petition. I am christian got married to christian girl in church with witness of parents and elders. Now for fresh petition I have a question. Previously had filed under SMA. But that is not applicable now.
Now while filing divorce under Indian Divorce Act which is applicable to christians, under which section should be the divorce filed. Please tell.
