Can there be a Criminal justice proceedings in the Country, where Session Court assumed the power of a Judicial Magistrate right from the pre cognizance stage up to post cognizance stage and commit the case to the Judicial Magistrate?

My Dear Planitkarji,
I know it will sound strange to many of you, but it is happening in my State with impunity. And because of this I became a target of many judicial officers as well as the State Leaders while attempting to change this starnge trends which is just a farce.
