Respond to show cause notice

I am resident of Mumbai and Cancer Patent .  I have received show cause notice from Pune Court on arbitral matter concerning Mediclaim to reply on 20th Sept., 2011 either personally or through Advocate.

 

Is it possible to submit reply to show cause notice through Speed Post / E-mail.

Mr. Gokhale, There is no provision to submit reply through Speed Post / E-mail. It should be filed either personally or through an Attorney or Advocate. .
