Dear Sir,
Iam an Engineer 28 years old married May 2010 as per Muslim Law,My wife is suffering from Mental disorder & found out after 5 months of marriage.Now I have got medical reports of childhood(12 years) & also reports of treatment on 2009 & 2010.
1) If i can prove that my wife has got mental disorder before marriage can i file case divorce & without paying maintanace ?
2) if my wife applied for maintenance, can i oppose it by : that she is mentally retarded candidate before marriage and i am been cheated by not informing the truth . Now with her torture i am distubed medically . so i cannot pay any maiantacen inturn they have to pay compensation for ruining my life .
