Meaning?

i want to known the difference between Solicitor, Attorney also when can a person write this name under there own name or letter head etc used by him.

Advocate means who possessed law degre and enrolled in state Bar Council to practice is callled advocate

Lawyer means person who posessed law degree but not enrolled in his name in Bar Council

Solicitor, attorney are Advocates appoionted bythe Government,   state Govt as well as Central to conduct cases on behalf of the Government  in High Court and Supreem Court.

But Pleader  term is no where used becaue in  year 60's person who practicing mostly on civil side will be called as pleade but recently the term changed as Advocates. In some states in particular in Tribnal area when advocate is not avialble any person educated who knows law are permitted to conduct case on behalf of tribal comunity such persons alos called as pleader.

Prosecutor. The advocate enrolled will appointed by the Goverment to conduct cases in Criminal Case on behalf of states perticulars  on behalf of police.in Magsitrate Court and Sessions  Courts  alone . Such person will not entitile to conduct cases in civil cases i,e private practice.
