hi,
a house wife without any source of income was asked by her husband to sign on a loan paper as a co-borrower.
couple years husband paid EMIs promplty but from last 3 months he is not paying the EMIs. Now the Bank is sending letters to the house wife to clear the balance.
since she doesnt have a source of income, (only source of income is from husband), what she could do now?
did the bank made a mistake by accepting her as co-borrower?

As a gurnetor she has liability to pay the overdues.
