Forged layout

Respected Sirs,

                           My mother bought land by 1988 of area 900 sq.ft (36ft*25 ft). In the bond, it was clearly mentioned that registration fee for path, land , well was collected separately.

                         A person near to the land threatened us to leave 4.5 ft for path. But in the bond it was mentioned clearly that the path is separately alloted to our site in the north direction of  our plot. 

                          When we saw the layout by 2003, he forged  the layout and it showed our plot's area was 800 sq.ft only. Please help me to recover my mother's land to  full extent. We have applied for patta also, but the surveyor was supporting the opposite party only.

                         What can I do?

What is the actual measurement of the plot? According to the actual measurement you have to go. Seller has cheated you. so you can claim against him. Otherwise your mother will have to file a suit for declaration and injunction and you have to lead the evidence of the seller.
