Rejoinder

After 2 years of my divorce petition my wife has filed her WS. In WS she has put in false allegations and stories spanning across 40 paras and 30 pages before setting out the denials to the paras from my divorce petition. She has even metioned stories that happened after the divorce was filed and obviously which have no reference in my petition. I have huge set of evidences to rebut her allegations. We have decided to file rejoinder to her WS. We have caselaws from supreme and highcourts. First the court was not accepting the application but after pleading and agitating the FC judge accepted the application but wants to have the other part to have a say on our application to file rejoinder. What are the chances that he will allow us to file the rejoinder? And if he does not allow can we challenge it in the highcourt? We have caselaws from supreme and highcourts which allow filing rejoinder.    I feel, i should be given a chance to rebut.
