Difference between proprietary firm, private firm, llp

Hi All,

Could someone please explain me the difference between proprietary firm, private firm and LLP.

Also, what will be the suitable option for a freelance software developer if he/ she wants to register a company?

Thanks

There is a huge difference amongst the three. A firm is a partnership firm where the comcept of mutual agency exist and a llp is a kind of incorporation with a little complex structuring. For your purpose a propritory firm will be a better option.
