I am a member of asansol club ltd. There were some violations of excise rules in the club and i wrote a letter to
the club president. He ignored my letter so i complained to the excise collector. The excise collecter did not take any action but at the same time issued corrective guidelines in a routine manner.
The executive committee expelled and terminated my 20 year old mebership. in an act of vindictiveness.
I know i will get justice in civil suits but that will take time.

q3 does this entitle me to file for appointment of receiver and how long will it take. do i get back my privilages as a member.
