In Tamilnadu Panchayats charging Property Tax for the Eductional Insitutions. There is discrimination in the law which is saying that There is no tax for the educationation insitutions in the Municipal Area but Educational in the Panchayat Area has to pay Taxes. Also Aided Instiutions are not to pay Property Tax but the Self financing institutions have to pay. Is there any Supreme Court judgment on this issue ? please let me know.
