The costs in india aren't comparabe with USA
In india, average cost per citizen on Divorce Court proceedings may not be more than 2 Rs per year!
In USA, average cost per citizen on Divorce Court proceedings is innearly 100 USD per year!
Indian Tax payers pay much lesser or almost nothing towards the cause of necessary judicial set ups.
