Dear Experts,
I am buying a Flat in Navi Mumbai and the party who is selling has registered the Flat recently. Now when the party is selling the party tells me that we do not have to pay the registry charges again to government as he is selling the Flat within one year of registry.
My question is that if what is the rule is if one is selling property within one year.
The owner tells me that I can pay him stamp duty and registration charges and he will get the registry transferred on my name.
Your expert guidance will be extremely helpful. Looking forward for forum's response.
