Parking

Hi,

I have booked flat in June-2009 in shiva heights pune. I also take parking. In Jan-2011 i take the possession of flat. In June-2011 builder allocate the parking. My parking is not good and it is not come in the covered parking and at the time of booking i pay Rs1,50,000 for covered parking.

Now what can i do for the same. Either i want good parking or want my money back with the interset from builder.

Please suggest me the legal things what can i do.

U give application to the Builder for parking change. If builder is not ready to change your parking place u give a notice them and attach a parking letter if they give u. U write in notice that if u not change my parking place u returning my money for give parking purpose. If u have allote a parking letter and they give a receipt for parking purpose u go to court.
