Holding processions

CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE CASE RELATING TO THE SPACE TO BE LEFT IN STREETS  WHILE HOLDING PROCESSIONS AS A  FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT.?

no such rules are there.  the local acts of the states (corporation, municipality, panchayat etc )in this regard has created some rules and guidelines in this aspect.  Which will differ from state to state.  Check with your state act in thsi regard.
