Hello Colleague,
The State level Expert Appraisal Committee established under Environment Protection Act gives recommendations and expertise to Central Govt. regarding environment clearance on any project.
Therefore my questions is whether the authority exercised by EAC is Quasi-Judicial or Administrative authority? Please support your arguments based on case laws. Hope my friends will help me out on this subject.

Yes it is a quasi judicial authority read the attachment .
But sir i want to known that any expert commiitee is a quasi judicial or administrative autority or not. Law commission is a quasi judicial or administrative autoirty.
