sub-licensing of trademark

Dear Learned Friends,

Is it true that an individual who is licensed to use a trademark, is not allowed to sub- license the trademark under the Indian Law?

 

Please consider this as an urgent post.

It is terms and conditions of license agreement that allows sub-license in any license agreement.Indian TradeMark Act does not have express provision which prohibits sub license the TradeMark under the Indian law.
