One of my relative was an employee of Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB). He got trapped in PC act in 1995. ws suspended and then rejoined office till his case was under consideration. The case went on from session court to high court and then in Supreme court. Finally in 2011, supreme court also dismissed the case and he is now in jail for remaining imprisonment. He was terminated by PSEB in 2003, just before 3 months of his retirement.
I want to know if he has any right of asking for his Pension or Gratuity or yearly increments (which were pending since 1995) . TO let you know, he served PSEB for appx 25 yrs. If yes, how to proceed for the same.
