We are in living relation and have kids. But in legal document like passport we maintain our status as UNMARRIED.
Is it crime to declare such status.
Can we now register the marriage and change the status on passport ?
Is having children in living relation an offence?

if the relationship is live-in relationship, the status is unmarried and so it is not crime to say that the status is unmarried.
you can now register your marriage and by giving application change the status in pass port.
having children in livein relationship is not an offence, if the partener were marriageable age and had no living spouse before the birth of the children.
