is information regarding employee strength and shortage of employee in any govt or semi govt or corporation, covered under RTI Act 2005 because one govt organisation has refused me to give that information under section 8 (I)(d) of rti and refered case CIC/WB/A/2009/000883-DS dt 18.02.2010 kindly suggest me what should i do.
