Law reforms

Hi all,

Recently Indian Government has made some Law reforms to reduce the time delays in civil cases( from 15years to 3 years). Will it really can bring change in this country ?

Because I am going to file one eviction petition against my tanent based on 106 transfer of property act.

Will I get judgement fast?
