Dishonorment of Gift Deed

Hello Experts, Person A (husband) gave property flat to Person B (wife) by makign MOU and registering Gift Deed. Now person A is not giving posession and cheating Person B out of what was promised in Gift Deed by making false excuses and accusations. Person A is already being investigated for property fraud commited against Person B and also has DV case on him put by Person B. Any Solution? Persons are not divorced, but seperated.

B should file a civil suit for possession as gift-deed cannot be revoked and B has become owner of gifted property on the day of registration of gift-deed. B should first of all give a legal notice seeking eviction of gifted property within a stipulated time and then on failure should file a civil suit as suggested.
