Sale of Property in India by NRI

A NRI [Singapore citizen] has got a property in India and he wants to sell the property.

Could any one guide me on the folowings -

a) Procedures and formalities on execution of sale of property in India,

b) procedure on how the sale proceeds have to be repatriated,

c) Taxation [Sec.9]
