Gift Deed clarification

Dear Friends,

There are 6 Muslim sisters who have given Release Deed to Mother's name (after their Father passed away) total 7 daughters (first daughter is passed away and has one girl age around 11),  after six months gap - Mother gave Gift Deed to only one daughter (among seven) without other daughters knowledge but they came to know after six years, how to cancel those Gift deed which is in Bank for business loan (over draft) with personal expenses of one daughter and mother.

How to cancel those Gift Deed or How to get back those property on 6 daughters name.

Is there any law for Muslim matching with IPC like Gift deed is 1:3 etc.

Thanks in advance,

Rahman

The release deed executed by the 6 sisters are final, if the release deeds are registered. It is same as a GIFT to the mother. When the mother has accepted the release, it is final and irreversable, and the 6 sisters are deemed to have forfieted their title over their respective shares over the property. But the 1st daughter's share is intact as it appears not have been relinquished by the minor, or by the guardian on her behalf.

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for your quick reply, can you share with us about Gift Deed allotment - is it full or 1:3 per (IPC) law against Sharia Law for Muslims.
