ANKUR BANSAL (OWNER)     20 May 2011

proof of age

4 brothers(parents deceased) sold their property along with their uncle and aunt. now they are claiming minority at the time of sale. they have filed a suit against the owner  to cancel the agreement  as ab initio as well as against their uncle and aunt, for not giving them their share pf the sale.  two of the four brothers have died. so for age proof they have submitted a "special case death certificate" for one of the deceased brother, which has a  age at the time of death column. acc to the age in this certificate he was a minor. but his uncle himself is saying that he was 22 years old at the time of sale. also the column where the details of the register from where details have been taken has been left blank.  can the death certificate be taken as legal age proof.
