Will court its own or on her application direct her to medical board to assess the possiblity whether her hymen of elastic  natuere? if yes, is such test results valid in court because these tests only gives possibility in percentage and not yes/no results?

That depends on case to case, we cannot conclude on mere statements, i will give an example, a minor girl was raped and her hymen was intact, defence was, no rape because of the hymen intact, but after going thru Witness and after consultation with the Govt Senior Gynocologist, they found the guilty and gave punishment.

Here Mr.Sonu requirement may match. the Hymen is intact, but was raped because of elastic nature of Hymen.

Its regarding an annulment case in which wife allege husband is impotent and submitted her virginity certificate to prove they had no s*x. Husband claimed that they had s*x a few times. Actually they had no s*x because of her refusal on some other issues, not medical. Now, husband needs to get virginity certificate dismissed in this case.

Virginity doesnt mean you are an impotent, infact it amounts to cruelty, Prove your potency thru a certified Govt Doctor, submit that copy to the Magistrate, That itself is a strong evidence for divorce, dont concentrate on her virginity at this point, Just prove about yourself which is sufficient.

It looks like you are trying to defend against accusation, which is of no use. Prove you are potent and she was not willing to have s*x with you and accusing you as impotent to get divorce. Hence you request court to void the marriage or grant divorce on the ground of cruelty.
