We have filed a Divorce Suit for my younger sister.I just want to know that how we can get the order from the Hon.Court regarding the Monthly Compensation from his husband.As her husband had denied to pay any monthly compensation & in what section of Family Law we can asked him to pay the Monthly compensation?Pls. let me know...
