My Client's husband is a victim of Motor Traffic Accident which took place in Jimtara District of Jharkhand and she intends to file Motor Accident Compensation Claim Case but she has only the FIR number. But the police personnel are not cooperating with her and are not providing her with the details as per FORM 54 of CMV Rule.
