you will have to pay stamp duty as per the value according to guideline issued by the collector

whether the collector have any power to issue guide lines in contrary to the Stamp act.

the main problum is the registry officer misguides the party at one end he say you have to deposit stamp on purchase price on the other hand he says the ADM (F & R ) issue letter to took stamp on market price.
