Society Not register by builder.

Or residential complex is having total 17 building oiut of which 9 are under construction and 8 building (Total 520 flats) are totally ready (OC Recd.) and given the possession. Each building has 1 enterance and more enterance too. 

Our is building no 2 which has 2A and 2B wing with 140 flats owner. OC of this is recd. 15 month back and more than 70% flats are sold before receipt of OC. Builder is not interested in making society. what is remedy available??

If Builder not make Service Society, U all puchasers r make a new service society for maintanance the building.

Making cooperative housing society need so many documents which builder has to give it to us. In absense of such document what to do??  Is there any legal provision that builder has to make cooperative housing society  within certain time frame?? If we do not pay maintanance charges to builder then what??

Any purchaser not take a loan in your scheme? U ask the builder for loan purpose u give us the loan file with plan pass copy, registered documents copy, N.A order, B.u.permission copy, latest 7/12 and others related entire scheme releted documents for make new HOUSING SERVICE SOCIETY. If U r not pay maintanance amount builder stoped to maintain the building. So, u all purchaser meet and disscuss with builder and give a application for take a entire loan papers of this scheme.
