A house is jointly owned by three brothers. They are living on 3 floors. Mutual written agreement exists among them. Agreement is neither registered nor notory. Roof is shareable among them. Now one party living on the 2nd floor obstructing the others who are living on the 1st floor and 2nd floor by way of locking the door of staircase to climb on the roof. At the same time, to usurp roof, brother’s wife living on the top floor is making false allegation like pelting, fight etc. She has been telling “ you will create harm in case you climb on the roof”. Since lady is making false allegation, Police occasionally interfere. Since I am working in Govt. Sector, I have doubt of police harassment as well. What is the legal solution.
