Dear sir! i borrowed 25000 from indiabulls finance at 2008. i pais 28000. last month i paid 3000 more for finel. they bargaining 4000, now i am kidney failure patient. final stage of renal failure. i am uable to pay now because my medical expences. but one summon from delhi magitrate cour t and asked me appear on 2nd may 2011. i m in chennai. i totally upset. anybody tell me how i face this case in chennai Highcourt. i already told them while my hospitalisation. i did not receive any notice from them. please take my body condition and advice me sir. past six month i m under my family help. no work at now.
