stay order vacated .. what are my options now

A person has been chargesheeted with offences under 420/467/468/471 sections of IPC. The trial court orders arrest of the accused. He applies for quashing of FIR/chargesheet in High Court and the court gives a stay of the proceedings. Hence, the person is not arrested. Now the stay has been vacated and the petition is dismissed after 4 years.

I want to know what options are now available to the accused. Will the earlier warrants come into play now? or fresh warrants will be issued?

Can he apply for revision petition before double bench of the same court?

Can he apply for anticipatory bail before high court?

Should he apply before the Apex court?

The person here is the sole bread earner of the family and it is very important that unnecessary judicial custody does not come into play.
